Summer Lates

• Summer Lates tickets are non-refundable.
• Summer Lates tickets must be booked online in advance.
• Summer Lates tickets can be transferred to a new date up to 24 hours before your booking, subject to availability. If all other dates are sold out, transfers will not be possible. Please contact our crew at hello@bristoldockyards.org or call us on 0117 926 0680 to transfer the date of your booking.
• Your Summer Lates ticket includes entry to SS Great Britain for the duration of the Summer Lates event only.
• All admission tickets are subject to our Ticket Terms and Conditions.
• Summer Lates will go ahead in most weather conditions, please ensure you wear clothing that is appropriate for the weather conditions as it is an outdoors event.
• If you arrive late or if you fail to attend, refunds and transfers will not be permitted.
• If you have pre-booked food or drink, a token will be given to you for each item booked on arrival. Refunds will not be made for any unused tokens. Tokens can be used during Summer Lates events only and cannot be redeemed at any other time.
• Smoking or vaping are prohibited everywhere on site, including outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke or vape you must leave the premises and you will be granted re-entry with your ticket.
• It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking as if you have made a mistake, it cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please email hello@bristoldockyards.org as soon as possible if there is a mistake on your booking.
• Brunel’s SS Great Britain will take all reasonable measures to contact you when cancellation or postponement has occurred. Any contact will be made via email so you are advised to check your email before making the journey to us.
• Summer lates are aimed at an adult audience but supervised children are welcome.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance.

Your ticket includes access to the Ship for the duration of the event only.

No, but anyone aged 18 years or under must be accompanied by an adult. 

Yes, we’ll have a wet weather option in place, just in case!

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on site, including outdoor areas.
If you wish to smoke or vape, you must leave the premises, and you may re‑enter with your ticket.

As we are a museum with historic objects/areas needing to be preserved, we can only allow trained assistance dogs onto our main site.

There’s a council car park, called the Maritime Heritage Car park just outside our site. We’re not able to process parking or partial refunds for event parking. You’ll need to either pay via cash at the parking metres or via the RingGo app.

We don’t offer a discount on our event tickets. We try to ensure tickets are as competitively priced as possible. 

In the unlikely event of us needing to cancel or postpone this event, we’ll contact you via email ahead of the event. We’ll endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
