Ticket policy:

  • A confirmation email is sent after purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where an event is cancelled or postponed (see below).
  • Tickets cannot be resold and are only valid for the original purchaser.
  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
  • Open-dated standard tickets must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.
  • If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued automatically.
  • If an event is postponed, refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of the new date being announced.

Your privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy & Cookies Policy. By using this site, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate.

Security and misuse
